The memory foam used in this pillow is a high quality polyurethane foam made in the USA. The latex foam used in this Melody pillow was molded in the USA using the Talalay manufacturing process, known to create the most consistent latex foam and a broader range of firmness levels.

Latex foam on the top or bottom? If you would like to sleep on your back or stomach you can turn the latex foam down so that your head rests on the memory foam that cradles your head and lets your head sink further down as you sleep deeper. The pillow adjusts to a lower profile this way. Turn the latex foam down also if you like to sleep on your side with your arm tucked under the pillow. With your arm under the soft latex foam, your arm should not feel so much pressure, which can cut circulation and numb up your arm. If sleep on your side and need the loft to be higher, you can turn the memory foam down and sleep on the latex foam surface. The soft resilient latex foam conforms instantly to your head and the memory foam at the bottom provides the medium firm support.

Comes with two protective covers: white 100% polyester inner cover and a luxurious zippered velour cover that's 75% cotton/25% polyester.

• The velour zippered cover can be machine washed in warm water and mild detergent. Tumble dry using low heat.
• The core of the pillow is made of a sterile, hygienic material that does not require washing. It can be spot cleaned with warm water and mild soap. Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly at room temperature away from heat and light.
• Never place core in a machine washer or dryer.
