Exchange Policy-

- Mattress sets purchased in store only and within local delivery range can be exchanged within 100 days of original purchase.
- Customer must sleep on their new mattress for at least 30 days before an exchange can be processed.
- On comfort exchange offered per purchase. In Store Purchases Only.
- Sleep City highly recommends that you take advantage of our Red Carpet Delivery Service to deliver your new mattress and pick up the exchange. This will ensure that your exchanged mattress remains in a sanitary and stain-free condition, which is required for return.
- All factory tags and labels must be kept intact for refund or exchange.
- Mattress must remain free of bodily fluids, stains, rips, tears and noxious orders such as cigarette smoke. To protect your bed and your 100 Night Love Your Bed Guarantee, we recommend purchasing our mattress protector that is guaranteed to protect against staining for 10 years.
- Mattress must be supported by a matching or factory approved foundation and frame.
- If a mattress of lesser value is selected, a store credit will be issued. In-store credits must be used within one year of comfort exchange date.
- A $99 exchange or return fee will be applied. This fee includes delivery or pick up services, handling and repackaging.
- Exclusions include pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and all clearance products; such as floor models, discontinued, damaged or closeout items. These items are sold "as is" These items cannot be exchanged or returned.

- If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us immediately at 1-877-246-7533 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you).
